DESCRIPTION
This is a high quality replica of the WWII German Stick Grenade or "Potato Masher" It is the M1924 model that is almost impossible to tell from the originals. The removable threaded metal head is die-struck exactly as the real ones, with the correct Waffenampt stamp and proper painted lettering. The wooden handle is stamped with date 1939 and manufacturer's code. It has the correctly made metal screw cap and porcelain bead on the pull cord. This is a replica and cannot be made to work. Excellent condition. All German olive drab paint and is marked with arming instructions: VOR GEBRAUCH SPRENGKAPSEL EINSETZEN, (BEFORE USING, INSERT A DETONATOR).
