Seller membership fees are non-refundable.
You may be entitled to Premium Listing fee refund if:
- The buyer has not paid for the item
- It is more than 21 days and less than 45 days after the close of the transaction
- You have sent at least 2 invoices to the buyer through the site
Your account will be credited with your Premium Listing Fees within 7 days of notification. The buyer's rating will be marked with a permanent Non-Paying Buyer transaction designation. We strongly encourage you to try and resolve any disputes prior to reporting a buyer as Non-Paying.
If you have paid for a premium listing, and you feel you may be entitled to a refund due to a Non Paying Buyer, please contact us directly.
