Like everyone, buyers can have emergencies or computer problems, so they may not be able to respond to you right away.
Send the buyer a friendly payment reminder between 3 and 30 days after the listing ends. If the buyer doesn't respond or doesn't pay within 5 days, you can request their contact details from us.
If you can’t reach the Buyer or can’t reach agreement with them, leave appropriate feedback and relist your item. You may be eligible for a refund of any listing fees in this situation.
