Description
This is the Reproduction of the cricket which was used by the Americans on the nights of the 5th and 6th of June 1944 in the American Airborne landing zones.
The “click-clack” of the cricket helped the soldiers of the 101st Airborne Division communicate with each other without alerting the German troops.
This cricket which comes from France directly also comes with a commemorative collector’s card made for the 60th Anniversary of D-Day.
