Small field brown first -aid dressing. Dyed sterilized dressing. As an economy measure, the tins were replaced in 1943 with a waxed cardboard outer box with an inner sleeve. The bandage is wrapped in a foil and paper wrapping. These original WWII items will not last for ever.
