Description
The Service Pilot Wings was awarded to civilian pilots who had appropriate flying experience. Pilots duties were such as observation flights, ferrying aircraft and cargo logistics.
The wings were issued during the Years of WW2 by AAF to identify a rating in the auxiliary classes of pilots.
