There is a ink-stamped “C-broad arrow”, indicating it was issued through the Canadian Quartermasters Office and a ink-stamped maker’s mark “Z. L. & T. Ltd” Zephyr Loom and Textile Limited was Canada’s primary WWII web equipment manufacturer.
