GERMAN RLB KNIFE WITH SCABBARD

Description

This knife is a detailed replica of a knife carried by the RLB which has been cast from an actual WWII dagger to replicate even the most intricate details. Each dagger features black handle inlaid with a cast German Swastika. The cast metal handguard details the German eagle with its wings spread holding the Swastika. The razor-sharp stainless steel blade is double-edged for the most effective damage when used.

Each knife includes a fitted scabbard with a matching cast metal tip.

History of the German Air Protection Federation:  The German Air Protection Federation, or Reichsluftschutzbund (RLB), was established by the Reich Air Ministry in April, 1923 by Hermann Goring. The primary responsibility was to protect the cities and population from attacks. They were also responsible for training the civilian population in civil defense and air raid tactics.
