ORIGINAL GERMAN SA POUCH MEDICAL CASE

Description
Brown leather 7″ wide, by 3 1/4″ deep, slightly curved, with a flip lid that open with a leather hinged lid, has two side straps that attaches with a stud on the side. When opened the front the of pouch has the belt loops that run down the front to studs on the bottom. Marked on the top is the Double A in circle SA symbol and NSDAP in script type letters, Under the lid are the words, BAYER LANDESVERBAND / DER SATTLERMUNCHEN/ 1934. Shows some wear and tear but still in excellent condition.Very seldom do you find something with SA markings and so early dated.
