This is a Black Wool Allgemeine Officers Schirmmutzen Visor Cap with white piping, black velvet band and comes complete with cap cord, eagle and later skull and eagle badge.
This is a very good reproduction, handmade from an original SS VISOR CAP used by German Officers in World War 2.
