Trench Art rings are rings made by the soldiers either for themselves or for a significant other. Many of the rings would be made of materiel they would find on the battlefield. Some examples of rings would be made of coins,brass shells,grenades,canteens,scrap metal and many more. If the materiel is malleable enough the solider would use it. Many of the rings either had initials,dates,campaigns, country flags and much more.
