Description
An unissued WW2 Wehrmacht knitted Toque or tube scarf was a basic WWII German winter issue item.
It can be worn as a scarf or stretched to cover your neck and head, the ribbed knit allows for stretchability resulting in a nice snug fit for all head sizes.
It is a Feldgrau/ field grey colored wool blend toque sometime referred to as “Oma”. The hose scarf was designed to fit snugly and to be worn under the steel helmet in the field.
It has 43. date and maker mark JUV. stamped inside or maybe JUY.
