It also has green wool Waffenfarbe piping to the crown edge along with both the top and bottom edges of the centerband. The cap has a twisted silver/aluminum chin cord along with the aluminum National eagle and oak-leaf wreath which is encompassing a three piece National tri-color cockade. It is a size 58 liner.
MADE IN GERMANY BY MICHAEL JANKE. Michael Janke is renowned for his quality materials and accuracy. Janke caps are world famous and are the very best reproductions available today. Janke uses original German Visor cap patterns from the Third Reich when producing his caps.
These caps are made with japanned Vulcan fibre peaks and celluloid sweat diamonds.
When these visor caps are aged they are sometimes hard to distinguish from the original period German visor caps.
