Description
This high quality cotton twill tape was specifically manufactured by GMAX Militaria years a go at a great expense.
The Seam tape was used in the construction of many different German WW2 uniforms, smocks and helmet covers etc.
Some of the numerous uses for twill tape is for smock openings ( Heer and SS), the manufacturing of helmet covers, drawstrings on trouser bottoms, used inside FJ smocks for internal tightening , drawstrings for parka hoods etc.
The twill tape was manufactured in many different colors and widths. Some examples is blue for Luftwaffe , dark green for Heer and grey for SS etc.
