We have several small versions of this ribbon which are 1.5 cm and only 1 large which is 2.5 cm. Please indicate if you want the large one. Good condition.
Small ribbon bars where issued to military personnel as an award for military service just as the larger medals and ribbons would be. They were to be worn in place of having to wear the actual larger ribbons. Each ribbon bar is normally mounted in a row on a small metal bar for attachment to their jacket. During war times soldiers also used scraps or uniform or insignia backing material. Ribbon bars may also come with an attached miniature medal (pin) mounted to the corresponding ribbon.
