GERMAN ZF 4 SNIPER SCOPE AND MOUNT FOR THE G/K43 RIFLE

Description

Gewehr-Zielfernrohr 4-fach (scope GW ZF4  5875 / mount 3674) or 4 power telescopic rifle sight.

These scopes were mainly produced for the G/K43 rifles, but many were also produced for use on the FG42 – marked “L”. This scope is in nice condition and the optic is very clear and ready to put on the rifle.

Set includes : Scope, mount, bands and screws and rubber eye piece. The scope itself is old and was made right after the war in the factory OPTIKOTECHNA PRERAU. This factory originally made the scopes for the Germans during WW II under the code DOW. After the war this factory continued to make them for the Czech Army. They originally had the markings in Czech but they have been refurbished and the markings have been changed to German.

The mount itself is a Czech Republic reproduction made a few years ago and are no longer being made. It has been casted and then hand made and adjusted.

Original WW2 German mounts and scopes have been sold for $4000.00.
