Description

The Hero Star was one of the Soviet Union’s most prestigious honors, presented to about 13,000 individuals. The decoration was established on Oct. 16, 1939, about five years after the creation of the title Hero of the Soviet Union. Our reproduction is an accurate replica of this simple, classic design.
