US PARATROOPER JUMP WINGS BADGE ORIGINAL POST WAR WW2

Description

Authentic Clutch back U.S. parachutists jump wings badge – Post WW2.  A Sterling Crest Craft jump wing that is maker marked/hallmarked with: 23C with HALLMARK Size:  1 13/64” by 1 1/2” in.  In great used condition. American Manufactured.  Clutch back fasteners were introduced later in WWII and are also on current models.

This is a one of a kind item and you will receive the exact one photographed. This was picked up in Normandy this year for D-Day celebrations.

Worn by either American Parachutists that passed training or those with no training, which had made a combat jump from either the Army, Airforce, Marine Corps or Navy divisions.
