This is an original Waffen-SS Divisional Police Gendarmerie second pattern, wreathed police eagle patch, constructed of grey bevo style machine embroidery on a black rayon backer.
Sewn triangle measuring 37mm x 28 mm. We believe it was triangular when it was new ready to put on the cap.
